We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter for a full time salaried position to identify and place top talent for our developer projects. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and matching qualified software developers to help create data for AI agents.

Responsibilities

  • Source qualified software developers
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of developers experienced in a wide range of technologies and programming languages, including JavaScript, Python, Go, C++, Ruby, and more.
  • Track all candidate activity and recruiting metrics

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year focused on technical or developer roles
  • Proven ability to source and engage software developers through modern recruiting channels
  • Familiarity with technical roles and terminology
  • Familiarity with data annotation or AI training workflows is a plus
